Equipo interdisciplinario de Centro Reloj de Arena

Our team

The specialized care we provide at Centro Reloj de Arena is possible thanks to a committed, well-trained and deeply human interdisciplinary team.

Our team is made up of professionals and care assistants from different health and care fields who work together to provide comprehensive, safe and personalized care. Nursing, medicine, physical therapy, cognitive stimulation, nutrition, psychology and psychosocial support all share one purpose: to improve our residents' quality of life and support their families.

Beyond technical training, we share a common conviction: caring means understanding, listening to and respecting each person's rhythms and needs. That is why we promote ongoing training, teamwork and a restraint-free culture of care centered on dignity and well-being.
